As a company, One Health works with several strategic partners to ensure we provide the highest quality and value-based healthcare to the communities we serve.
Recently, we have worked with our partners at Atrium Health and Wake Forest to transition the Mocksville UC to One Health. The transition has been widely successful! We provide expanded access for the Mocksville community. Thanks to our entire Mocksville team!
In addition, OH recently started covering the AH East Lincoln UC. This has been a massive One Health TEAM effort. Many thanks to all those who have agreed to help at the UC. Also, on December 1, One Health will transition AH McAllister OB/GYN to a new OH clinic, One Health OB/GYN Lincolnton. Another outstanding TEAM effort that illustrates how OH integrates with our partners. Most importantly, One Health is serving the Lincoln County community in new and different ways.
Connection with our patients continues to be a top priority for One Health. Working with our partners at AH, One Health Charlotte clinics have transitioned to answering their own phones in 2022. (One Health Winston has been doing this since their inception in 2021) Beginning in the next few weeks, our new call center, OH CONNECTIONS, led by a phenomenal team at Atrium, will be answering all Charlotte area clinic calls. (We plan to roll this out in the Winston market in 2023.) This will be a huge win for our patients and for our OH clinic staff who have answered phones as part of our phone pilot project this past year.
As we close out this year and enter our 4th year with our JV partner, Atrium Health, One Health will continue to integrate with our partners to improve the lives of our patients and our team.
